What happens if it rains?

In the event of wet weather, the 1:1 session will be rescheduled subject to availability.

Alternatively, you can use the below services to replace cancelled sessions in the event of wet weather or players are on the waiting list or unable to reschedule sessions due to availability.

Cancellation Policy

​SBC offer credit notes for cancelled private coaching. Credit notes and 1:1s must be booked before 31st Sept 2023. If you cannot attend a 1:1 session, you will not be entitled to re-book at a later stage and will be charged.

Changes to a current booking

We understand from time to time you may have to change a booking. To change the existing booking subject to availability please log in to your www.class4kids.co.uk profile and amend the booking.

Photo & Image

SBC may take photos on the day for promotional marketing purposes and media publications relating solely to SBC. Photos/images will not be provided to third parties, SBC reserves the right to use their content for advertising purposes on your consent.

SBC may use video equipment as a coaching aid as and when appropriate. Players and parents/carers may view the footage and know that the material taken in connection with coaching will be stored securely and will be deleted / destroyed upon requests, or when the material is no longer needed.
